Good Day for Dave Turner Motorsports at Terrible's 250

The Sport Trac finishes fourth and the Fisher Racing Ranger takes another win at the Terrible's 250 in Primm, Nevada. In it's best showing so far the Sport Trac proved it has the potential we all expected of it. We had to change a Differential on lap 2 and lost about an hour and a half, but on lap one we averaged about 43 MPH and lap three was trouble free.
The Dave Turner Motorsports built ranger and the Fisher Racing Team were flawless all day and took another hard fought victory. They all currently tied for the Championship points lead.

Jerry Fisher and Dave team up to win Laughlin U.S. Hare Scrambles

Riding Jerry's CRF 450 Honda in what is billed as the most technical race in the United States, the duo, led by some great riding by Jerry, held off Steve Coster and Bill Foltz by a little over 2 1/2 minutes to win the race in the over 40 class. It was a close race all day and a crash over the bars on Dave's first lap kept it even closer. Jerry rode mistake free all day and kept us in the lead.

DTMS and Fisher Racing team up for Parker 250

Dave, Jerry and Lance teamed up to race the Parker 250 motorcycle race the day before the Parker 425 Pre Run. Racing Lance's 250 Honda in the 250 Amateur class the trio started off with Lance riding to an early lead only to have a flat 30 miles from the main pit. He managed to bring the bike in still holding 2nd place and then Jerry took over a close third as a rider passed while the tire was changed. Jerry moved back to 2nd and then had the big crash at about mile 26. He rode the next 50 miles with a badly bruised hip and a number of scrapes and dings on the rest of his legs and arms but brought it in still in 2nd place. Dave finished the race without any problems but could not catch the leader. It was great fun and we are looking forward to the Laughlin U.S. Hare Scrambles.
